Went in there today for some regular prescription meds, I am new to pilgrim so I told her my insurance info and it seems she wanted a card which I seemingly did not have so she began giving me a dirty look because God forbid she should have to use the system and enter new information into it. Among other things professionalism seems to be lacking! Never again!....

Due to human error on their part, I was forced to pay for meds out of pocket. I would never recommend. Crooks! I am a senior citizen on a fixed income but, I will tell everyone and never step foot in there again. I should not have to pay for their errors! Twice, they did this! Disgusted!

This pharmacy is helpful, well-informed and fills prescriptions quickly! We were advised by pharmacist that there was a new generic for a brand our insurance would not cover. Our doctor did not know this and had replaced our medication with another which had horrible side effects . We were able to get the new generic because of Pilgrim's current knowledge. We are thankful that we have such a great pharmacy !
Some are nice...some are nasty and mean and insensitive.
