Please do not use this company. We lost our purchase d/t untimely document submission, appraisal issues,( and per the sellers agent) I quote “ the lenders messed up the deal”. I would have to call for updates just to find out things were not going well on the lender side of things. I know, I know there will be a rebuttal from this company, and I don’t give a damn. Tell the truth. The close was to happen 9/27 then pushed to 9/30, and attempted again for 10/7 by which the seller bailed on the sale. Y’all can say what you want.... read more
Do no do business with this company! If you receive correspondence from them, throw it away. And, if anyone calls you to inquire about Veterans Refinancing, hang up. I began a Veterans refinancing with them and it took 6 different loan officers to do nothing. I started with the owner Michael and ended with his incompetent staff. I have had the pleasure of working with Tyler Krug and Lauren Pena, due to my realtor, Jason Keller from Keller Williams realty. Jason recommended that I at least talk to Tyler, when I had doubts my loan could get done. Tyler worked the numbers and I was able to get my lake front home after taking cash out/equity on my current home. Lauren kept the communications flowing throughout the process and made it as easy as possible. Absolute worst mortgage company out there. I'm a realtor and I would expect a lender to honor their promises. If they did this to me on my personal refinance, I can only imagine what they are doing to normal consumer...they strung me along for almost 3 months on a refinance. They are more like used car salesmen, promising the world with a great rate and paid closing costs, but they just don't deliver.
