The salesperson on floor was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Delivery was very punctual. The staff was courteous. Overall, great service and experience.
The store is great. Lots of inventory and fun to look around. The sales staff is always very friendly. This is our second purchase and we will be back. We used the delivery service both times and they are always fast and courteous.

We were very pleased with the quality of the products Pilgrim offers. Though we invested more than we had originally planned, we're certain it will pay off. My husband is sure we'll be passing this bedroom set on to our grandchildren. The staff we dealt with, from "just looking" to delivery was friendly and helpful.
