Absolutely awful! Called twice, once day before and once day of pickup to verify stock and hours, only to be turned down at 3:40 PM because they closed early. Owner said she would love to sell me the privacy screens I drove an hour for, but she was about to shut down her computer and couldn't complete a cash sale.
Great place for your fence needs
Was referred to Pilgrim Fence from another fence company that did not travel to the area I needed fencing at. First interaction with Mike J. was great. He asked me to send an email with measurements to his email address and he would get back to me with a quote. Almost a week later with no reply, I called Mike and he said they were just so busy he wasn't sure when he'd be able to get to me but he would "drop what he's doing" to get me a quote as if I was an inconvenience to him.
