These guys have always delivered. Recently I brought a Timberwolves Game jersey that had a huge crease on the front (it was purchased this way, happened during shipping). These guys got it out. Like 100%. They are fast and reasonably priced.

Due to a couple issues, my laundry had backed up and I had piles of it. I decided to try Pilgrim’s laundry service to get caught up. What a fantastic service - pickup and delivery. Clean items are packed so nice. Route Manager Dan is great. I plan on continuing this service for the time being. Nothing negative to say about my experience whatsoever.
Ruined my dress shirts. They came back very faded and had creases and lint all over them. My shirts are custom made and you guys ruined them. I will not be back!
