I've been seeing Dr Pilgrim for nearly a year and in that time he has always been very straight forward with getting the right treatments and also kind and understanding. I was new to the New England area and could not get into a Dr but Dr Pilgrim took me and it's worth the hour drive. The ladies that work behind the desk are also very helpful and compassionate.
