don't bother calling. whomever they have working the phones is incompetent. I reached out 2x in 5 min to see about a business partnership for exclusive lending for clients who need to finance their purchases and was met with dead air.

The worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are rude every time I’ve had to speak with them. I’ve never had a issue with fraud charges until I banked here.
