Customer service outstanding. Lady on phone very pleasant and informative. She relayed message to service tech and he (Joel) called back within the hour and helped me out over the phone. No service call needed, but if he did have to come out, service fee much better than the big places. Very nice people. Another company that was too busy to help out even recommended them and said Joel is a fantastic guy!!
