Want to give a thank you to Pilgrims. Today I called them with a problem with changing the tag on my car where the bolt was stuck and could not remove it. They told me to come in without an appt., fixed the problem, and did not charge anything. Less than 5 minutes and problem solved. Customer Service is excellent there, not just today, but each time I have been there. So glad they are a part of our community.
Tow truck driver repeatedly tried to make a move on me why towing my car Very disturbing
Honest Great Service , Identified And Fixed Issue And Truck Back Earlier Than Expected..
Called for a price and time for a tow from Thomson to Martinez, was told it would be about an hour and they were there in less than 30 minutes, more than a fair price and time! Thanks!
