We installed AC units in four rooms using Pilgrim Air Conditioning Company. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service we received was amazing and the installation went very smoothly and neatly. This young team is incredibly skilled, polite, neat and friendly. They cleaned up after each day and worked around our schedule. We were very pleased with the final installation. They went over and beyond to provide a fantastic service.
I had a leak from my ducted reverse cycle and was expecting to have to wait weeks for someone to come look at it. I called Joel and due to a cancellation he was able to come over within 15 minutes. He straight away realised my aircon drain hadn’t been plumbed in properly and quickly was able to fix the whole thing without charging me a fortune. He was also great with my toddler who had a million questions and followed him around the whole time he was here. Highly recommend.
