Never replied. It's been 3 weeks.. Oh well. Can't say I didn't try to support the small businesses.
The other guy managed to diagnose and fix issue. Call out to 6112 was $120 with diagnostics. Turned out to be a solenoid with the guy turning up late both times, however fixed that one issue at a price of $400 for ducted evaporative system. Hopefully the aircon keeps working. Service was friendly by technician.
Top class work from Joel. He worked out the problem with my zone controller quickly, got the parts then made the fix in good time at a very good price.
Joe is the best air conditioning technician. He is very patient, professional and reliable.
