The professional work and customer service were outstanding! Greg and Jen are the gold standard for how a customer should be treated. They both went above and beyond to ensure my truck was fixed properly and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Piles Collision Repair in Williamstown, KY.
We took my MX5 here after being rear ended and they did an EXCELLENT job! From what I understand they have new management and a new crew working to bring them back to excellence and they delivered. The paint job is outstanding! Thank you for taking care of us, will 100% recommend and use them again.
I hit a deer back in December and after getting my car repaired, there were problems with the fan that was ordered. When I spoke with Greg, he had no problem with me bringing the car back in and he had no problem helping me along the way with my insurance company. I am greatly appciative of the service I received here and the fact I was told about anything going on with my car while it was at the shop. Thanks Greg and Piles employees!!!
