Pile O’ Bones Brewing – Regina, Saskatchewan Pile O’ Bones has become one of my favourite places in Regina for excellent food and craft beer. I’ve visited on numerous occasions, and the quality and consistency keep bringing me back. One of the things I appreciate most is that the kitchen uses beef tallow rather than conventional vegetable oils for deep frying. My husband and I enjoyed our first visit on a Friday afternoon after lunch. The beer, the food, the server, everything was outstanding. Highly recommend if you're in Regina to check it out!
