Immediate and compassionate care for emergency services for our elderly dog and a month later sadly, our elderly cat. They were available on a Sunday when average offices are Mon-Fri and 9 to 5. We were thankful for their care. Most of the staff were friendly and understanding given the circumstances we found ourselves in. Thank you, Pilchuck Vet Urgent Care Center.

Worst experience ever. Trust me, go somewhere else. I’ve never seen such a lack of respect. 11.5 hours and $2,000 later just to say that they don’t know what’s wrong. Complete incompetence. Terrible communication. Absolutely disgusted with this experience. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy here…

Don't go here if you have an actual emergency/something that may need surgery. Went here after my dog had leakage start in the middle of the night from a recent surgery (VCA Alderwood performed the surgery don't recommend them either). Took over an hour to get in a room even though my dog was actively dripping blood all over their lobby. After getting in a room that was like 90 degrees waited 45 mins for a doctor to come in. I called in advanced and described my pet’s injury. I was told to bring him in and the wait time wouldn’t be very long. After arriving I was met my a Tech. She asked a few questions as I completed the necessary paperwork. She told me they were euthanizing other animals (not sure why she felt it was important to tell me that) and would see me shortly. They saved my dog and helped bring him home, he will get to bask in the sun once again. I am very grateful for the folks working here. They were kind and caring towards my dog. They were understanding of me waiting in the lobby for 8 hours or so, waiting for my dog to be well enough to take home. In an emergency situation, I recommend Pilchuck Vet.
