I have nothing but respect and praise for this staff. Been going to Dr. Rumpel for many years. I am uncomfortable with people working closely to my face. They always inform me of what they will be doing and what to expect ahead of time. Sometimes the hygienist has to remind to breathe. They look out for their patients. I have never been upsold in to having unnecessary work. Dr. let's me know if a procedure can be delayed to the next cleaning. I have referred family and friends to Pilchuck Dental.
