The owner is a really nice guy! My car was fixed super fast and it looks good again. No complaints here.

Great service. They repaired my 1996 Toyota Tacoma and the work was great. Fast forward to 1/2025. Took the same truck into them for a separate collison and it they provided the necessary paperwork and estimate to my insurance company even though they felt it was totaled out and, hence, wouldn't be working on the truck. Highly recommend these guys.

Someone merged in to the side of my truck on I5. Bruce has done work for me in the past and I was extremely happy with the work he did before. Pilchuck Auto body is the only place I trust to do the repairs to my standard. Again they did not disappoint. Bruce does quality work and won't compromise his integrity or quality to appease the insurance company. Highly recommend.
