Terrible service. The individual assured me that he could complete the same-day tinting service due to quiet hours once my window had been repaired. However, two days later, after the window had been fixed, he refused to respond to my calls or texts. I subsequently drove past the shop on a Wednesday midday and observed that it was closing early. Poor customer service. Just inform people if you’re busy or not interested. It’s not hard. A simple text is sufficient.
