I can't recommend pilbara eyewear hi enough, I called just b4 the cyclone & Nichole got back 2 me after hrs & arranged a appointment, she actually opened up early just 2 see me..the price's & service is outstanding.. THANK U
Nicole was very good, very professional with lots of patients as it took me a while to choose which frame would suit my face. both my glasses and sunnies came in a week! Unbelievable! Highly reccomend !
We took my 5 year old daughter to get her eyes tested. Nicole was excellent! Would highly recommend.
Travelling by caravan from Qld we had issues with my glasses which needed urgent repair work. We called into Pilbara Eyewear to see what could be done, Nichole, the optometrist, did not hesitate to assist me and rectify the problem. A big thank you to her and if anyone is travelling in the area, needing optometry services I would recommend they contact Pilbara Eyewear at South Headland.
My wife and I were on a road trip, heading towards Exmouth for a once-in-a-lifetime diving trip in Exmouth, when I realised I hadn't brought my contacts. We stopped off at Pilbara Eyewear in Port Hedland on the *tiniest* chance that I might be able to get some at short notice. Nichole was so accommodating and helpful; I walked out less than an hour later with my contacts! She really went above and beyond. Huge thanks to Nichole for saving my holiday!
