Jess is highly professional in all she does, my skin looks amazing thanks to Jess, I have so much confidence in Jess and highly recommend her for all health issues
Originally gave 5 stars as Jess is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately after care and follow up is let-down by a poor admin system. Have had to follow up on more than one occasion, forgets what tests I have ordered and seems distracted. It is a real shame as I was very excited to find Jess and her business, but it seems that the business is more concerned with growing and expanding the client base, than focusing on her existing clients. Hence the reason for lowering the rating.
Only 4 stars because I only started with them And waiting for results My first meeting with Jess I think was her name. She was knowledgeable and informed and took time to answer my questions and I was not rushed out. I’m actually quite excited to see how far my journey with them will go and I’m optimistic that things will improve for me. I feel like price may be the only barrier for me. I highly recommend them.
I booked a sensitivity test service with Pilbara Cosmetic and Wellness for my 3yo. I've had my eye on Jessica for a while and knew she was the right fit for our family. The booking process was so easy and straight forward, she is very respectful and knowledgeable. I loved the clinic space, it's very welcoming too. Thanks Jess! Would highly recommend to others 👌🏽 👍🏽
