I can’t say enough good things about Sheldon from Pilatzke. Even though he didn’t come out to my place in person, he went above and beyond by helping me remotely every step of the way. He provided clear, play-by-play troubleshooting guidance, asked for pictures, and explained exactly what to check on my well pump. We had an emergency situation with the septic on a Sunday afternoon. Called Pilatzke phone line and Sheldon called back quickly. He walked us through troubleshooting the issue over the phone. We were able to avert a disaster. Thank you Sheldon.
Sheldon came promptly with a happy-go-lucky but very professional manner immediately putting us at ease before he started work. He offered alternative solutions explaining each and rectified the cause of the problem at hand efficiently. He was the first plumber to suggest stainless steel fittings thus saving us future replacements and additional calls to the plumber. The work area was very well cleaned up before he left. We definitely have found our “Plumber-to-go-to” for all future plumbing needs.
