The guy that manages the parking garage is an idiot. The ticket machine has had problems for over a year and a half now. He blames the workers at FFC. I lived in this building for a few years. I didn’t own, I rented from an individual condo owner (who was heartless, greedy and unprofessional, but that’s another story). So that’s an option if you’re not looking to own a condo. For the most part - as a renter, I loved living in this building. Maintenance team were awesome. Management and front desk, on the other hand, could be better (especially the community manager).
