I recently started going to ChaiseFitness, tried several different group class formats and enjoyed all of them. They are fun, challenging, and super creative! For example, the Strength Chair class combines barre-style pulse and burn with Pilates-style precision and control. I love the small group class size too.
I highly recommend Chaise Fitness for Pilates. I’ve been taking private lessons for nearly a year, and the instructors are consistently professional, friendly, and experienced. The front desk team is organized and proactive, sending helpful reminders to keep you on track with scheduling. Chaise offers an excellent experience for all levels of Pilates.
