I have used my Pilates Reformer for around ten years. It relieves the daily stress in my mind and body; and keeps me flexible and slim. Recently I noticed the rollers were getting a little bit warn and rough and I was relieved to discover I could order replacements - even after 10 years! They were immediately sent to my address. My husband fitted them with no problem at all. I can't recommend Pilates Reformers Australia enough.

I purchased a Pilates ball and ankle weights. They are great quality and work perfectly. Shipment was fast and communication was great. I will definitely purchase items that I require in future.

Brilliant customer service- prompt, extremely patient, flexible, friendly and very accommodating and trustworthy. They helped me when I made a mistake with my order and were absolutely fantastic in responding and bent over backwards to help- and also picked up some discrepancies which were needed for my order which I’d overlooked. As a physiotherapy business, it is imporant that our reformer machine be in top condition for our clients. This supplier sent new elastic tension bands to us promptly which we are grateful for.

This was a high quality product - very similar to (and just as good as) the Pilates circle I have used in reformer classes. Will most likely buy another in a smaller size as well.
