This place is a treasure! Nya is so intuitive to your body's issues that the therapy creates a personalized treatment plan based on the individual not on generalizations. I had two back surgeries and have been with multiple physical therapists. While my last traditional PT was great, it pales in comparison to working with Nya. I am so thankful to Nya for her expertise in helping me significantly improve and, to some level, fix my pelvic floor issues. There is a spectrum of techniques that Nya uses, not limited to physical therapy but even breathing exercises
I loved my session with Nya. I saw her for pain in my wrist and thumb after a car accident where I broke my arm. In our session, she provided multiple styles of treatment (Graston, manual manipulation, and multiple exercises). It felt like a lot of effective treatment got done in a short time. The exercises she recommended were super helpful and challenging, leaving me feeling hopeful for progress strengthening and healing a persistent injury.
