I am so thankful to Nya for her expertise in helping me significantly improve and, to some level, fix my pelvic floor issues. There is a spectrum of techniques that Nya uses, not limited to physical therapy but even breathing exercises
I loved my session with Nya. I saw her for pain in my wrist and thumb after a car accident where I broke my arm. In our session, she provided multiple styles of treatment (Graston, manual manipulation, and multiple exercises). It felt like a lot of effective treatment got done in a short time. The exercises she recommended were super helpful and challenging, leaving me feeling hopeful for progress strengthening and healing a persistent injury. My session today was incredible. Without revealing too much of my physical business, I have a lot of muscle and and alignment issues that bring pain to my feet, hips, and back. In the clean comfort of Nya’s beautifully decorated space, she evaluated my alignment issues. She spoke with me frankly about my health and before leaving, gave me exercises to do at home.
