Intimate and knowledgable This is an intamite setting to workout. If you have ever been skeptical about the benefits of pilates, Pilates Plus is the place that will win you over. I am a dance choreographer, and cheerleading coach and often find that a workout with a group of people does not wear me out. But at Pilates Plus they will switch you into the correct level of class according to your needs and abilities. There is also the benefit of almost one-on-one attention from the instructor.
Pilates Plus I absolutely love Pilates Plus. At first I thought it was more of a yoga type of thing, but its more of a muscle building workout without having to do push ups or weight lifting. I guess you could say it's more relaxing. The instructors are all so nice. They kindly tell, and show you if you are doing something incorrectly, find out why,and show you how to correct it. It's a great workout!
