I love this place and am so happy my friend referred me here! Everyone is so friendly, from the front desk to the instructors and the owner. Love the variety of classes and the intensity of every class. Extremely professional and love the customer service! Highly recommend!
Best yoga classes ever!
I love going to tone BR. I’ve been attending classes here for about a year and a half now, and it has really helped me to gain functional fitness. There are a variety of classes and times available. I really appreciate that the classes offer enough variety that you can feel comfortable as a beginner but also continue to be challenged in the same class as your strength and endurance grows. Sometimes they offer themed classes (90’s pop and country or 60’s/70’s), which add an extra layer of fun to the mix.

I absolutely love Tone! The classes are challenging in the best way and I can actually feel myself getting stronger every week. The instructors are so encouraging and really know how to push you without it feeling intimidating.
