I was a client here for many years before I eventually became certified to teach. What I love is the high intensity, but low impact workouts, the professionalism of the staff, and the variety of instructors, so that no class is exactly the same - you do not get bored with your workouts. Classes start at 5 am and run through 6:30 pm, so there is a time for nearly everyone.
Please learn from my mistake. I have wasted $130/month since October 2, 2024 because I signed up for the year thinking I was going to really enjoy this place. I did for a few months but the instructors and schedules are not consistent at all, other than Gretchen. She shouldn't even be here. She is amazing in and of herself and should totally have her own practice. I have never seen such a high turnover rate anywhere. This experience has been nothing short of amazing. The instructors are very encouraging and always enthusiastic. Sadly, I am moving and will miss the variability of classes and the amazing facility. Thank you all for everything!
