The class felt overcrowded for the size of the room, with 10 reformers placed close together. The owner/instructor primarily stayed at the front of the class giving verbal cues rather than moving around to provide individual corrections or feedback. I would have appreciated more hands-on instruction and attention to form during the session.
Unfortunately, I decided to stop attending this pilates studio because of a strong and persistent unpleasant odor inside the space. The smell made what should have been an enjoyable and relaxing experience uncomfortable during the sessions. In addition, the studio feels somewhat outdated and could benefit from better ventilation, cleanliness, and overall upkeep. The workouts themselves have potential depending on the instructor, but the condition of the studio environment made it difficult for me to continue attending.
I need to update and clarify my review. I highly recommend classes with Coco. If you take classes with the owner - Fali - you will be disappointed. You will not get a full workout. She talks too much during class and forgets that she only guided you through the exercise for one side of your body and then moves on to the next exercise. It's very frustrating. Others have shared the same frustration.
The best place out there I highly recommend
Coco and fali are amazing !! The classes are a good challenge and they are available at good times
