Coco and fali are amazing !! The classes are a good challenge and they are available at good times
Easily the best Pilates studio in northern Va!! I’ve been coming to Fali for about a year now. Such a great workout - I’ve been doing Lagree about 3x a week the last four months and have seen such a difference in my strength and body.
Fali is an amazing teacher! I love Lagree!
