Easily the best Pilates studio in northern Va!! I’ve been coming to Fali for about a year now. Such a great workout - I’ve been doing Lagree about 3x a week the last four months and have seen such a difference in my strength and body.

I tried classes in different places with classpass. I like to take classes here. The price is reasonable, the coach is enthusiastic and professional, and the pace is moderate, so I can get good exercise.
