Pilates Northwest is a small neighborhood Pilates studio in the Lake City neighborhood in north Seattle. We are an equipment-based Pilates studio with friendly cerfified Pilates instructors. Our sessions are private lessons and small groups. We welcome all people and have a wide variety of ages, fitness levels and experience levels. Our studio is cozy and inviting, a smaller more intimate atmosphere for personal Pilates training.
