Isabel created such a vibe in the studio, would help and correct your body too during the session. I went in the morning, the music was on point right on the water, small studio too so you get extra attention during your workout. I loved it

My pilates experience at this place looked so warm and close, it is the perfect combo to add to a workout or of course do it alone. The view, the teachers and the place, it's beautiful!🥰🥰❣️❣️

Fly Pilates has quickly become one of my favorite places to move, and a huge part of that is thanks to Shayna Daniel. She just gets it. She's certified in contemporary Pilates, but more than that, she really listens and pays attention—especially if you’re dealing with old injuries or limitations.
