First time trying Fly Pilates and it’s by far my favorite Pilates class I’ve ever done. Isa was absolutely amazing!!
Isabel led a fantastic session this morning! She is a truly great instructor who finds the perfect balance between pushing your limits and providing the necessary support. The class was definitely challenging, but I felt encouraged throughout the entire workout. I left feeling accomplished and well-supported—highly recommend her classes!
