Isabel led a fantastic session this morning! She is a truly great instructor who finds the perfect balance between pushing your limits and providing the necessary support. The class was definitely challenging, but I felt encouraged throughout the entire workout. I left feeling accomplished and well-supported—highly recommend her classes!

Took my first Pilates class and had a great experience. Isabel, the instructor, was very attentive and took the time to guide me through each movement, making sure I felt comfortable and understood what I was doing. I really appreciated her patience and clear instructions. Looking forward to my next class.
Isabella was the best instructor, she gave such great coaching. I went with two friends and she made us all feel comfortable, super sweet and kind. I told her to make sure to have us suffer (in a good way) she guaranteed that suffering through elegant stretching and movements that none of us were used to at all. We go to the gym regularly but this was next level pain. Definitely would try again with her of course.
