Expensive and not worth the money. For almost $900 a month, I had higher expectations. The Tavernier studio itself has rickety, outdated equipment in an unclean and unaesthetic room. I signed up thinking I would receive 3 private lessons followed by regular classes. I took 2 private lessons to which I did not receive a workout or learn anything, just laid on a mat and did breathing exercises. Then to learn the “classes” it followed with are self guided. Best experience every time! I love Pilates in Paradise and am so glad I found this amazing studio with these incredible instructors. It has helped me tremendously and I am forever grateful! Highly recommend 10/10

The instructors are all very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Great place for anyone at any level seeking a pilates home.

I took advantage of their introductory offer for one on one instruction, and am so glad I did! I was a bit hesitant because I had spinal fusion for scoliosis more than 50 years ago. Mary was very knowledgeable and eased my concerns. After just one session I’ve learned so much to ease the pain in my lower back. Highly recommend!

Who wouldn’t want to work out at this place? The staff is so friendly. The workout is tailor made for you. They push you just hard enough and you have fun while doing it! I wish I was there year round to enjoy this studio?
