I urge you to believe every negative review about this place. I called for information and the individual who picked up didn't even identify themselves nor the establishment. I had to ask if I was calling the right place. They seemed bothered that I was calling to inquire. FYI to this owner and it's workers - a grumpy "hi." is NOT an appropriate way to answer the phone to potential members. It was all downhill from there. Enter at your own risk. I have never done Pilates before and was looking to gain some information. Regarding pricing and times . Women on the phone was short and confusing, while she did get her point her across it was unprofessional and when I said I would contact her soon she just hung up in my ear . Don't think this will be where I choose to come . Unfortunately I was excited as it was close to my home . She sounded like she didn't even want to take me on to be a client with her . Very disappointed

Pilates training requires a trainer with expertise and compassion and Luanne is the total package. Sessions are well planned, safe and the environment is welcoming.

Very unprofessional and unhelpful. She clearly isn’t interested in creating a warm and welcoming environment for newcomers to learn and enjoy the practice.
