I urge you to believe every negative review about this place. I called for information and the individual who picked up didn't even identify themselves nor the establishment. I had to ask if I was calling the right place. They seemed bothered that I was calling to inquire. Best place in town !
I have never done Pilates before and was looking to gain some information. Regarding pricing and times . Women on the phone was short and confusing, while she did get her point her across it was unprofessional and when I said I would contact her soon she just hung up in my ear . Don't think this will be where I choose to come . Unfortunately I was excited as it was close to my home . She sounded like she didn't even want to take me on to be a client with her . Very disappointed
Pilates training requires a trainer with expertise and compassion and Luanne is the total package. Sessions are well planned, safe and the environment is welcoming.
