Great customer service - I had a lot of questions before purchase and they were all promptly answered. I also had an issue when I received the product with some squeaking (not a product fault) and got very efficient trouble shooting advice to rectify the squeak. Love my reformer that easily slides together and fits under the bed! Would recommend the product and the company.
The best reformer I’ve ever used!! Easy set up, easy to move around with the wheels on one end. (The heavy) Super user friendly. The rollers move seamlessly and most of all the company provided phenomenal service. Purchase was made over the phone and bed was efficiently delivered to Airlie beach (inclusive). To top it off they provide 2 months free on the Pilates project on demand App which means no excuses getting started. Over all the cost. 3 Pilates classes a week was costing me $100 per week. Highly recommended! I purchased PP-07 Foldable Reformer from Pilates Direct. Charlie was really great. He introduced the equipment to me via video call and he replied email really quick. I really love the mocha brown. It’s stunning. Although there was a delay in shipping due to Christmas, he kept me on the loop. I value Charlie’s honesty and guidance.
