I also had an amazing experience hiring a reformer from Pilates Direct. Charlie was so helpful with delivery and set-up and once I had recovered from my injury he picked it up again. The quality of the reformer was excellent. I will definitely purchase from Pilates Direct when I have more space for a permanent reformer.

Really happy with the pro fold reformer, packs down nicely and runs really smoothly. Padding is too soft for me but use a cork reformer mat. Feels as good as studio reformers.

Great customer service - I had a lot of questions before purchase and they were all promptly answered. I also had an issue when I received the product with some squeaking (not a product fault) and got very efficient trouble shooting advice to rectify the squeak. Love my reformer that easily slides together and fits under the bed! Would recommend the product and the company.
