great experience renting the metal reformer for my pilates instructor course. the workers were lovely and helped me put everything into my car. the reformer itself was a 10/10 no issues at all.
Highly recommend. I purchased the Half Trapeze Reformer and the bed is excellent quality. The entire experience from enquiry to delivery & set up was wonderful. I could easily contact Pilates Direct and ask questions, arrange delivery and get assistance with set up. Loving our new equipment!!
I also had an amazing experience hiring a reformer from Pilates Direct. Charlie was so helpful with delivery and set-up and once I had recovered from my injury he picked it up again. The quality of the reformer was excellent. I will definitely purchase from Pilates Direct when I have more space for a permanent reformer.
