I visited Pilates by Riley and took a drop in class while I was just visiting in Denver! First of all, it’s in the cutest area! Lots of cafes nearby and really cute residential areas! I loved the studio itself. Lots of natural light, super aesthetic. The instructor this day was such high energy and I loved her! She was so nice and welcoming! Overall 10/10 and I will definitely be back when I’m back in town!
PBR was only my 3rd pilates class ever. I was nervous and didnt know my way around a reformer. I'm now almost 1 year in and it feels like a lifetime of knowing pilates. Every instructors at PBR is so knowledgeable and the classes are approachable but also tough. I have never left PBR without feeling like I just did an intense workout. PBR has lots of class options and tbh.. it's just a really friendly studio. You're never the "new girl" because the community built is meant to welcome others. Been doing Reformer Pilates since 2021 and can definitely say that PBR is one of the best studios in Denver! Love the small class sizes, great instructors, and fun flows
Super neat studio! I used to go to her old location on Speer Blvd then she moved to a new location. The classes are hard but that's what most of Pilates classes are. Riley also added in few new classes such as advanced reformer and HIIT class. Plus, she offered teachers training and now she's got few new teachers. So I have seen Riley's business grow over the past year. I also enjoy going to the studio because she brings her dog Leon! He is everyone's favorite!
First time doing Pilates and I was nervous about feeling out of place and worried whether I could do it. Immediately when I walked in I felt welcomed and supported. They had gripper socks for sale since some people prefer that, but wearing them was optional. There was also a bathroom to change in, and with no line since the other ladies were regulars who came already in workout clothes.
