If you are new to reformer pilates Nikki M is amazing! My mom took her first ever pilates class and was a little nervous about the reformer, but Nikki was so helpful with modifications and making sure she was moving safely after a knee injury. Highly recommend this studio!
I moved from Denver months ago and still think about this studio! The instructors were super friendly and some are REALLY challenging, which is great for serious Pilates students. I have yet to find a studio that compares :-)
I love this studio with my whole heart! Everyone is extremely welcoming, supportive and friendly. The instructors are very knowledgeable and really take the time to get to know you. Each class is small (6 or less people) so it feels very individualized. Riley is amazing and Leon (her dog) is the sweetest.
I absolutely love Pilates by Riley! It’s such a welcoming environment and the teachers are incredible. I was nervous to try Pilates and they explained everything in detail on my grist class and made me feel welcomed, supported and confident.
