So I booked a buti yoga class thurs night (1.30.20) for the first time and Lindsey was our instructor and she was so awesome! My friends (jiu jitsu fam)and I had a lot of fun! Buti yoga is a high intensity, high energy yoga class so be prepared to really sweat it out and bring plenty of water!! Buti yoga class is with black out lights so it makes it really, really fun!! Can’t wait to book the next buti yoga class with Lindsey! 💜🧘♀️
