I've been practicing Pilates for over 20 years, and have had around 10 instructors. Wendy and Carly at Pilates Balance are by far the best instructors I've had the pleasure of working with. Each session is a unique experience, depending on what my body needs that day. Some days leave me shaking from head to toe from the intensity of the workout. Wendy (and this studio) is amazing. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the body and seems to just know what my body needs each session. She can pivot on a dime and have an entirely new approach based on what’s feeling off or needs special attention. The studio is welcoming, warm and spotless…and has unparalleled views!
