Finding such a professional, compassionate, and inspiring instructor has been a godsend. For over 30 years enjoyed mat classes every week. And social get together add a special quality to this studio. Ideal for everyone, especially age 50+ men and women.
Pam’s mat class on Tuesday was amazing! The instructioner, Pam, was super clear and simple to follow, and she made everything feel easy and welcoming for all levels. It’s a perfect class for both younger and elder people because she explains each move in a way that makes you feel confident and comfortable. I would 100% recommend her class!
I’ve never felt this good after a Pilates class. The class felt like it was customized to my exact needs. It was challenging in the best way. Pam was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable
