I stopped by yesterday to pick up a couple empanadas the store it’s less than desirable , cleanliness could be addressed as well !!!! however, the empanadas are absolutely tasteless. The size is just not what used to be they Charging$5.00 for a half Palm-size empanadas with a teaspoon of filling in it!! I understand inflation but why do you do shrink inflation in the same time what happened to the store? I will Not be returning customers! I am all for supporting Mom and pop shops. I tried 3 different empanadas and all 3 were fantastic. I wouldnt stay for the ambiance but I came for good food. A rare find that I will absolutely visit again when im craving a good empanada! Well done
This empanadas are too expensive for the amount of “food” they have inside. They are pretty much empty. Also if you order onion with cheese and tomato or basil they are both the same cheese and onion, nothing else. You guys need to add more into the empanadas because they are pretty expensive to just get dough. The flavors are ok but no, no good for $5 each!
Pilar’s is at the Venice Farmers Market He was very knowledgable Emapanads are Very authentic Argentinian the pastry melts in you’re mouth flaky delight the meat was seasoned perfectly I tried one and drove back to get 4 more That Good He was laughing customer service a 10 ! Thank you it’s been a long time since I had a real empanada
