Horrible and inconsiderate services. Discarded items of mine and refused to refund me for what was thrown out! What kind of cleaning company does this?
I generally like this cleaning company and have used them multiple times. However, I’ve had an ongoing issue with cleaners throwing away my belongings without my permission. In the past, business cards were discarded, and despite specifically asking that no products be thrown away without checking with me first, it happened again during my most recent cleaning.
