The only way I would rate Pikeville RV, is if there was a minus 5 stars. I went there to have a fifth wheel put in my truck. A third of the way through the process I ended up helping the guy put it in. At the end the bill was not what they quoted, when I questioned the owner about the bill and me having to help install it. He told me that he could not refund or reduce the bill. I cut my loses and left. The owner called me on my way home and told me he would send me a check for $75.00.
