Absolutely do not recommend this urgent care or the primary care office attached to it. I asked multiple times if they accepted tricare and if the providers accepted tricare and was told yes. Just to end up getting bills in the mail. This is a joke of a facility just trying to get money out of you.
Paid out of pocket, immediately referred to ER as soon as I stepped foot in the room. Refused to refund the visit, said receptionist should have caught the symptoms. AVOID!
This place is a joke, been here for 3 hours already waiting to be seen. Nurses have been taking back people that’s been there 5-10 minutes. While we’re sitting here coughing and having to run and puke. Still sitting in the waiting room as I write this.
Had an appt to see APRN, waited 1 HOUR past appt time. The problem is they OVERBOOK PATIENTS. The front desk staff is kind and hard working. Will not be coming back to this location as my medical issues postpardum were not taken seriously.
