I was very happy with the clinic. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was diagnosed and they called Walmart with a prescription. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to them again if needed. It was great because I didn’t have to wait at least a week for a doctor’s appointment and they took my insurance.
Most staff are friendly, willing to help, sympathetic, caring and have a sense of urgency. Except for one clerk that check you in. She is dry, acts as if your a problem for being there and etc. I won't mention her name but she could do alot better.
Absolutely do not recommend this urgent care or the primary care office attached to it. I asked multiple times if they accepted tricare and if the providers accepted tricare and was told yes. Just to end up getting bills in the mail. This is a joke of a facility just trying to get money out of you.
Paid out of pocket, immediately referred to ER as soon as I stepped foot in the room. Refused to refund the visit, said receptionist should have caught the symptoms. AVOID!
