They gave all my info to a 3rd party (mychart) and now want me to download another 3rd party app (giving them my personal info) for the 5 meds I can't refill through MyChart. I should not have to use 2 separate 3rd party apps for refills. So every month I will call and speak to a human pharm tech because you made something simple more difficult. Get a new IT person.
