Unfortunately I had to walk out of my 22 week appointment because I sat there for over 2 hours. A little over an hour in a waiting room and then another hour in an empty room. Had I reacted this way if this was the first time, absolutely not! I understand things get busy and these providers work very hard; however, this has been EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT. the staff are friendly but being pregnant the last thing i want to do is sit in a waiting room with no tv and no comfortable seats for 5 hours. every time i’ve had an appointment ive waited for hours just to be seen for 10 minutes. i thought maybe it was just the first visits and not that big of a deal but i am not in my third trimester and nothing has changed. i’ve almost went to reschedule my appointment multiple times after waiting so long and my back hurting so bad. it’s very displeasing and makes every appointment dread... read more

Dr Trimble is amazing. She was willing to do my iud insertion under anesthesia for me. But if you wanna see her, you have to be interrogated by medical assistants with 0 bedside manners. They also forgot to refill my birth control after my appointment, so I guess this weekend I’m just missing pills.
