My husband and I have lived at the Pikeville Commons for over two years now and it has been great! Anytime we have any issues or maintenance requests, they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The location is very convenient with several shopping and food options within walking distance. Walmart and Food City are also just about 2-3 minutes away. Moving to Pikeville from out of state to attend school here was a big adjustment initially for me, but having a property manager like Christi made everything so much easier. ... read more
I have lived at the Pikeville Commons apartments for the past two years and counting. Being a college student, it can be hard to find a quiet place to live when moving so far away from home. However, the Commons has been nothing short of the best. It’s peaceful, not distracting, and in a great location being only a short drive to campus. I spent two years at Pikeville Commons and I am very glad I chose this apartment complex during my years in Pikeville. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Any time I had a service issue the maintenance team was quick to respond and was very helpful. They were always accommodating of my having a dog in my place, in which I didn’t allow them to enter without myself present, and they respected my wishes and never did! Overall, our two years at Pikeville Commons were great. The staff was always very timely when we had questions or maintenance needs. They treated us with respect and were very kind. The provided gym and clubhouse were great perks for exercising and gatherings bigger than what could fit in our apartment. Only things I would hold as negatives about the Apartments is the lack of storage in the units as well as the design of the buildings not allowing for elevators.
