We’ve been here about two years. The apartment is fine. It had a few dings when we moved in, but all in all it was OK. The management has been responsive to maintenance matters. But it’s dark in our stairwell and there are no security cameras. We feel unsafe. We will be vacating at the expiration of our lease.
I recently stopped by Pikeville Commons Apartments to inquire about potential availability as I prepare for the upcoming semester at UPike. I was very impressed with the overall property. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern finishes and a comfortable layout that would be ideal for student living. This has been such great place to live for the past 3 years. Christi is amazing and always is helpful when anything pops up. If you are ever looking for somewhere to live I would definitely recommend this place. Especially if you are coming here short term for like medical school or college.
I highly recommend Pikeville Commons to anyone looking for a nice, well-maintained apartment close to downtown and within walking distance of shopping and dining.
