My experience with The WindCo in Pikesville was amazing. WindCo was upfront, responsive, and transparent in letting us know if anything changed before installation, even when Covid affected the supply chain and others increased pricing and ghosted us. We got 6 new windows and a door installation! It all looks great!
I did not get a chance to work with the company bc my request was impossible. I did not understand the limitations of my project until after the contractor arrived. He was courteous from start to finish regardless of the outcome. I would def work with them in the future.
