Clean building with a very secure atmosphere, no people just coming thru off the street. Doors need code to enter. Nice spot
Building is undergoing renovation and looks shabby. Outside facade and parking lot are in disrepair Dougies restaurant is located on the first floor and is very good, with a variety of Koster meal with a great lunch menu.
