Extremely long story short, I brought a piece of equiptment in for warranty repair. During this time the communication was horrible. I would have to call many times oin a row just so they'de answer. When i was lucky to get some one to pick up all got was excuses for why nothing was done either blaming the warranty company or personal issues.
