I did some work for them recently to clean their awnings before they get painted. I ended up figuring out while I was cleaning them that they had been weathered heavily, and informed the person I was going through of this. Their answer to this was having their maintenance guy yell at me and tell me how to do my job, and short me $100 on the $250 check, which is my minimum charge.
