I would just like to say Thank you so much for helping me today. I didn't catch the clearks name seated in first cubicle. I had a permit issue I needed desperately to have resolved for my 93 year old parents. She directed me to Mr Nolan. Who helped me with my issue. I sincerely appreciate you taking the time with me today .
Honestly the worst building department in the state. When you call for questions about permitting or code regulations, half of the people who answer do not know anything. And the other half give you nothing but attitude for asking them to do their job, the company needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
I can never get ahold of the building dept, even when I leave voicemails they are almost never are addressed. One of the more frustrating municipalities I have to deal with
My husband is a licensed plumber and was applying to be a plumbing contractor with Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. He has worked with building departments all over Colorado and never once had an issue like this. We had to resubmit his application three different times just to adjust wording on the Certificate of Insurance (COI) to their ever-changing requirements: First, they required the COI to include a specific sentence about notifying the department 10 days before cancellation.
