Placed an order a month in advance because I want specific roses and other flowers for a wedding.. and wanted to make sure they were fresh for a pick up JULY 2 . I was called on a Monday for a Thursday morning pick up that they couldn’t get the cream da la cream roses. Then when we pick up the order the other special roses we ordered were substituted for others. The cream roses they substituted were old but I didn’t realize until the next day. They were closed Friday and Saturday but left messages that were never returned..N... read more
They need to train their staff better. Just wasted so much time in returning an item. There is a 15% restocking fee. And I requested a manager Will and he never came. Very disappointed and I am never coming back .
