Die Unterkunft ist von der Art her ein typisches amerikanisches Motel, zweistöckig, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer. Aber komplett renoviert, große Zimmer, sauber, und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit vielen guten Ideen, z.B. Lademöglichkeit am Nachtisch, Bügelbrett, gute Klimaanlage, großes Bad und große Dusche, etc. Kein Personal vor Ort, niemand, man bekommt eine Nachricht (SMS) mit dem Code der Zimmertür, und der geht dann dann ab 15:00 Uhr. Excellent location in Manitou Springs, CO. This hotel is at the east end of the shopping area which allows you to walk everywhere and not find city parking. The service was great when we needed something. Check in was easy. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable.

This is a 2 star at best motel! No one on site. Had to buy own TP. Rooms very dated. Ac doesn't work well at all. Toilet not secure to the floor. Ice machine doesn't work. Almost no storage in room. Over all a bad hotel not worth the money! Whomever is rated this place higher than a 2 is crazy or never stays at decent hotel in there life .
