Conveniently located near all the things in Manitou Springs. We parked and walked everywhere we needed to go including the cog rail station. Rooms have been recently renovated. My room was by the end of the building and the creek ran right out my window. Opened it to listen to the relaxing sound of the rushing waters. The only drawback to this room is if you're the type of person to unpack and live properly in a room for a few days... that's not really an option. We spent two night here and it has been wonderful. I love the check in process and how it was perfectly ready to go right when we got here. The person running it was so kind and made sure we had all we needed. Huge bonus was how close we were to everything. We didn’t have to pay parking but enjoyed how close we were to everything. Remote enough to not be amongst everyone but close enough to do everything in the shop areas. Highly recommend!
Very comfortable bed & view (& sounds) of rushing stream outside our window. #10 is on the ground floor. Updated & bright. Lots of lights & plugs. Love the easy switches on lights. Plenty of USB sockets The jacuzzi was just what I needed to relax after a busy & stressful week Plenty of communication after reserving the room & before checking in. Beware of this property. I booked through Expedia and received a text telling me to register online through a 3rd-party app. When I went through the process, they required me to upload my ID, which is my passport. I will not upload my passport, especially to an unknown 3rd-party site. This property contacted me at 1pm, 2 hours before check-in, and told me unless I uploaded my ID, I would not get my room and offered no one on site to check me in.
