I recommend staying literally anywhere else in Manitou springs! Even a Motel 6 because at least they have employees and door keys! The owner is running this on a shoestring budget. I think it's a one man show there is no front desk so they make you download an app just to check in and access your room. There is no contingency plan when the motel's technology, that it relies on, does not work. We were not receiving any texts or emails from the hotel to get us into our room, and there is no staff onsite to help out. We were sitting in the parking lot of the motel having to scan QR codes off of the "office" door and downloading apps to try and get the access code for our room. Best place to stay in the Colorado Springs area. Clean and the hotel staff were nothing short of amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. Came down for a business trip not knowing the area and they were also super helpful with best places to visit and go to while staying. 100% recommend to stay here especially since the rates are better than most other places.
Great customer service and great location. Walking distance to a bunch of cool breakfast spots and is right next to the police station. Very safe place.
