Older hotel that is trying to refreshen. Room was spacious with a sitting room. Bed was comfortable. Floor was in desperate need of a mop and the shower door was not insta correctly, resulting in water getting all over the floor. Check in process was contact less due to no one manning the front desk. Only problem with check in was that it took some time since it was necessary to upload your ID (which made me feel weird due to not being able to know their security measures). Clean and great location. Sol and Ryan were very friendly.
For the price you can’t beat it. Sol was the best, and very helpful during our stay! Would definitely come again and recommend. Location is also fabulous, like a 3 min walk to heart of downtown.
My first initial thought when I walked in was that it was a really nice little spot. I got the kind room with the jacuzzi. Immediately, I lifted up the covers from the corner of the mattress to check for bedbugs (just a habit of mine at every hotel/motel I go to). The first thing I noticed was that the mattress looked dirty and used. Next, I noticed the toilet seat was not properly bolted down. This place is great! The tech parts of the check in are questionable but the owner knows and is working on it. The owner was here on site and is a fabulous human! The room was recently updated and is super cute and comfortable. Everything was clean and ready to go. It’s centrally located and easy walking distance from food, shops, and the arcade. I’m very glad we stayed here! I debated about posting a review because this is by far the most affordable room I’ve booked in years and I don’t want that to change.
