No communication. The phone is not just rings off the wall. Brad was to send our tax return 2 weeks ago. No tax return even though he called to say it was done. We have left messages on several phones. We are changing accountants and suggest you should too.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. Very unprofessional, very rude and very poor communication. Even one star is too much.
STAY AWAY! I inherited this accountant as my accountant sold her business to them, and then the principal retired. Brad Whitlow was next in line and inherited a great client base from them. I should have paid more attention quicker to the multiple red flags and left much sooner.
