BEWARE!!! Would give zero stars if I could. As a financial advisor myself, I will be telling every client where NOT to go for taxes or anything for that matter. I am extremely disappointed regarding the handling of our trust taxes. The necessary documents were dropped off in early March, and we were explicitly told they would be completed by April 15th. After my experience with Brad and his firm I would not offer my recommendation. I paid Brad to complete a NNN reconciliation for a building I own, once it was completed and he was paid I could not get him to return any emails or my phone call. If he did want my business, he should have told me that in the beginning before before agreeing to do the work. I had to pay another firm to do it right.
Wondering if Brad's buddies came through with the reviews. I find it hard to believe he has enough kind personality to respectfully interact with someone so much so to go the "extra mile" In my personal experience I would not recommend my community to go there. Love that Brad is willing to plan tax strategies out instead of being reactive. Industry built to be reactive and that can only do so much. Brad was a referral from a friend and he has been an awesome resource. For example, he allows you to easily schedule a consultation (1 hour) at pretty much anytime. I appreciate the consultative approach. It's what the industry should look like...
